Nuremberg's techno club, DIE RAKETE, launches its new label, "Die Rakete Records," on April 26, 2024, with the debut release "We Are The Dancefloor" by Brainy feat. Patty Plastique. The label will distribute tracks from affiliated artists and DJs on major platforms such as Spotify, Beatport, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer and YouTube. Distribution is handled by "DigDis Digital Distribution" . The inaugural release includes remixes by Marco Zaffarano & Andy Lupoli, Andreas Henneberg, and DIE RAKETE resident Milan Milano, alongside the original track. The label's establishment and the genesis of its first release stem from a large-scale police raid on the club in May 2023. DIE RAKETE's CEO, Tom Zitzmann, aims to underscore a commitment to vibrant club culture and a passion for electronic music with the launch of "Die Rakete Records." The production of "We Are The Dancefloor" is credited to DIE RAKETE staff member Martin Spörl, known as BRAINY, who translated the experiences of the raid into musical expression.
