Tipitina's Free Fridays concert series is a cherished New Orleans tradition, offering a summer-long celebration of live music at one of the city's most iconic venues. From May 23 to August 29, 2025, Tipitina's will host 15 consecutive weeks of free concerts every Friday night, featuring a diverse lineup of local and regional talent. Doors open at 8:00 PM, with shows starting at 9:00 PM. These events are open to the public, ages 21 and up, with no tickets required—entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. The series is proudly presented by New Orleans & Company, Crescent Canna, and Crystal Hot Sauce .

The 2025 lineup showcases a vibrant mix of genres, reflecting the rich musical tapestry of New Orleans. Kicking off the series on May 23 are the Brass-A-Holics with Electric Ramble. Subsequent weeks feature performances by Gov't Majik with Bakey's Brew (May 30), Good Enough For Good Times with Deltaphonic (June 6), and Eric Johanson with Very Cherry (June 13). Other notable acts include Honey Island Swamp Band with Sweet Magnolia (June 20), Johnny Sketch & The Dirty Notes with Slugger (June 27), and Soul Brass Band with Vegas Cola on July 4 .

July continues with Erica Falls and Ghalia Volt (July 11), Flow Tribe with LeTrainiump (July 18), and The Quickening with Paris Avenue (July 25). August brings Stanton Moore, Joe Ashlar, Danny Abel & Brad Walker with Jank Setup (August 1), a tribute to Rick James by Raw Deal with The Next Level Band (August 8), Billy Iuso with Marc Stone (August 15), Big Chief Juan Pardo's Tribal Gold with Daria & The Hip Drops (August 22), and concludes with Naughty Professor and Pocket Chocolate on August 29 .
