Ronnie G "Sax" was born Ronald Lee Graham on July 26th to Horace & Wanda Graham Sr. Raised on the near west side of Chicago, he attended Crane High School. While attending Crane, he was introduced to the saxophone by his music teacher and mentor, Mr. Lewis Gray. From that day forward, he was determined to master playing the sax. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corp from 1979-1981. He was assigned to Norfolk, Virginia, where he studied and obtained a major in music.
During his teenage years, Ronnie G "Sax" formed a band with his siblings named, “Passion”, they performed for a period of four (4) years. He is the middle of five siblings (Kevin, Horace, Benita, & Michael), whom are all musically inclined. They all are each very supportive and accommodating with his musical career. Determined to play the sax, he joined forces with family and friends developing a band named “Ultimate Touch”, performing for various events and clubs. As he evolved he became a member of a band named, “Total Concept Band”. Thus heading and forming the band named, “Ultimate Concept Band.
