In response to allegations of sexual assault, music icon Smokey Robinson has filed legal documents in Los Angeles in the amount of $500,00,000.00

According to legal documents obtained by England’s Dailymail.com, Robinson stated that he and his wife, Frances have been consistent in their treatment of their employees with nothing but respect and (he) equated the legal efforts of the four former employees suing him to a shakedown. 

Vehemently denying any abuse of the women, the Motown legend compared them to “extended family members” with the musician and his attorney adding that he and his spouse have gifted the four plaintiffs concert tickets, cash for emergency dental procedures, and other items throughout their employment.

Alleging defamation of character, emotional distress, financial elder abuse, invasion of privacy and civil conspiracy, among other charges, the married couple have named the four plaintiffs in the lawsuit. And because the media has already started reporting details of the story, making it impractical for them to stay anonymous, Mr and Mrs Robinson have requested that his accusers be publicly named.

Alleging the veteran performer committed acts of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and gender violence, Robinson was named in the $50,000,000.00 suit from the four plaintiffs.

Smokey Robinson has denied all of the allegations against him, which are currently under investigation.
